1. The service
StreamIPTV provides IPTV subscriptions that give access to live TV channels and on-demand content through third-party IPTV player apps on your own devices. Channel line-ups and on-demand content can change over time.
2. Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are sold for a fixed period (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months), as shown on the plans page.
- The price and payment method are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
- Your access starts when we send your login details and ends at the end of the period you paid for.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own internet connection, devices and player apps.
- Your login is for your personal use and must not be shared or resold.
- You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you live.
4. Availability and quality
We work to keep the service available and stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Picture quality depends on the source, your internet speed, your home network and your device. 4K is available only where the source is provided in 4K.
5. Refunds
If you have a problem with your subscription, contact us first so we can try to fix it. Any refund is handled case by case, as agreed with you on WhatsApp, unless the law where you live gives you additional rights.
6. Third-party apps and devices
StreamIPTV does not develop, sell or support third-party devices or player apps, and is not responsible for their availability, updates or behavior.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StreamIPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
